This notice explains what JYnapse does with the information you give us through this
website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your
company, phone number and the description of what you would like to improve. Our web host
also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of running the site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and quote the work. That is
the only reason. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your
details to anyone.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in this website’s database on our hosting account and are copied to
our email inbox so we can reply. We keep them while there is a live conversation and for a
reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Who else can see it

Our hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf in order to run the site
and deliver mail. No one else receives it.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a cookie if you
log in to the administration area, which visitors do not need to do.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form, and we will action it.

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
