We are a small business. Is AI actually worth it for us?

Usually yes, but only in specific places. The wins for SMEs are rarely the futuristic ones — they are the repetitive tasks someone does every week: re-keying orders, chasing quotes, rebuilding the same report, answering the same ten customer questions. We start by finding those, and if we cannot find one worth automating we will tell you.

How long before we see something working?

Around two weeks to a working prototype for a typical first project. You see and use a real system early rather than waiting months for a big reveal, and we refine it from there.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted after a short scoping call, because the same-sounding request can be a two-week build or a two-month one. There is no charge for the first discovery call, and you get a written scope with the cost before anything is built.

Do we need to replace the software we already use?

No. Most of what we build sits on top of the tools you already have — your spreadsheets, accounting system, WhatsApp, website or ERP — and connects them. Replacing working systems is expensive and rarely necessary.

Who owns what you build, and are we locked in?

You own it. We hand over the code, the workflows and the documentation, and we will train your team to run it. A retainer is available if you want us to keep improving it, but it is a choice, not a requirement.

What happens to our company data?

We agree up front what data a system may touch and where it is processed, and we keep it to the minimum the job needs. Sensitive data can be kept inside your own accounts and infrastructure, and we are happy to work under an NDA.

Do you also build websites, videos and run marketing?

Yes. Those have fixed prices on the Pricing page — websites from RM 268, AI video from RM 59 a photo, marketing setups from RM 390 — and a checkout, because their shape is known in advance. AI automation and research projects are quoted after a free call, because theirs is not.

Can I pay online?

Yes, by FPX online banking or card through toyyibPay, or by bank transfer. Project work takes a 50% deposit to start and the balance before delivery; courses and small items are paid in full. A receipt is emailed immediately.
