Most agencies include "free hosting", then charge RM 600 or more every year to renew — and the site cannot leave. We set the site up on a hosting plan in your name (about RM 10 a month, paid to the host directly), hand you the logins, and walk away owing nothing. If you ever want someone else to maintain it, you can.

我需要提供什么？
Your logo if you have one, a few photos, and answers to a short questionnaire about your business. We can write the words for you as an add-on, and we can source stock images. Nothing technical.
有隐藏费用或续费吗？
None from us. Your hosting plan (about RM 10 a month) and domain name (about RM 50 a year) are paid by you to the provider directly, in your name. We will tell you exactly which ones to buy — or buy them with you on the call.
之后我能自己修改网站吗？
Yes. It is standard WordPress, and the training call shows you how to change text, images and prices. The Care plan exists for people who would rather send us the changes.
怎么付款？
50% to start, 50% before launch. Pay by FPX online banking, card or bank transfer — the checkout on this page takes the deposit directly.
只做 WordPress 吗？
WordPress is the default because it is what most Malaysian businesses can find help for later. For a landing page that never needs a CMS we can build plain HTML, which is even faster. Custom web apps are quoted separately.
